SCHOOL SWIMMING CARNIVAL

A fantastic day was had by all last Wednesday for our annual Sacred Heart Swimming Carnival. Congratulations to each and every child for their participation and sportsmanship. The highlight of the day, as always, was the parent v student relay event. This year was a tight race with the students edging out the parents by a fingertip.

Many thanks to staff and parents for always putting their hands up to help in the running of the carnival and assist in all areas. Your help is greatly appreciated.

DIOCESAN TENNIS TRIALS ~ LISMORE

Congratulations to Molly Murphy for representing the Armidale Diocesan in Lismore last Friday in tennis. All children played so well showing exceptional sportsmanship and certainly doing their Diocese, school and family proud. Well done to Molly for gaining selection in the Polding team to play in the PSSA (Primary Schools Sports Association)  championships later in the year.
