MURRAY RIVER CULINARY CHALLENGE

MS MANDY MCCALLUM - VET HOSPITALITY TEACHER

The Murray River Culinary Challenge is a cooking competition organised by the Murray Mallee Local Employment Network and developed for Vet Hospitality students to showcase their skills and to build links between education and training providers and the hospitality sector. 

 

Today Farirai Muyambo and Ngaire Harlan competed against Kerang High School, the teams cooked a three course meal within a set time and were judged by Rebecca Hart from Boo's Cafe. Congratulations to Farirai and Ngaire and for displaying great organisation and cooking skills and for representing St Mary MacKillop College in such a positive manner.
