Newtown PS Whole School Community Calendar

We aim to make sure the calendar below is accurate and updated as best possible!

This calendar also syncs with our Compass Calendar.

This year we will be using a whole school community calendar to keep families up to date with upcoming events and to support planning. We received feedback through school council about the need to provide more notice about important dates through a functional platform and feel that this is a good fit.

We believe that Google Calendar is more accessible for families and has superior functionality to our Compass Calendar.

Many families will be able to integrate the calendar into their personal digital calendars, access the calendar on a web browser, or use the Google Calendar app which offers a range of viewing options. Rest assured that we will continue to use the school newsletter and Compass News Feed to highlight the upcoming events. The community calendar will provide more of an overview of the entire year.
