Years 9-12 Campaspe Tennis

On Monday 3rd April, five Year 10 students set off to Echuca College to participate in Campaspe Tennis. The team started off playing against Echuca College, winning both sets, 8-1 and 8-3. They then went off to win both their sets against Kyabram P-12, 8-0 and 8-1, placing them at the top of the ladder for their section. They then had to face St. Joseph's Echuca in a grand final. The first pair lost their set 8-4, which put pair two under pressure as the score at the time was 7-3. They won the set 8-3, putting them through to regionals in Mildura. The team worked well together and showed enthusiasm and encouragement the whole day. We wish them the best of luck in Mildura in Term 2!
