Fundraising

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Tesselaar bulb fundraiser. Along with having super gorgeous and colourful gardens this spring, you helped us raise a very impressive $1223.40. 

Mother’s Day/ Special Persons Activity

Students are invited to create a special item in time for Mother's day, for their mum or a special person in their lives.

The cost of the activity is $5 per person, per item.  Payment can be made via Compass, following the directions outlined in last weeks' ompass post. 

We understand that some students may want to create more than one item. Order and payment for additional items, (taking additional time to create), will be required by Friday the 5th of May.

This is a great opportunity for students, to make something special for their loved ones, but it is also a valuable fundraiser for our school. Thank you for your support

Fruit Friday

Last week we were very lucky to have some special visitors to our school. On behalf of the McKern foundation, Ben DeAraugo and Cassidy McLean from the Bendigo Braves kindly came and helped us with Fresh Fruit Friday, cutting fruit and delivering it to classrooms, having a chat with students along the way.  Thank you very much Ben and Cass!

New volunteers are always welcome and appreciated on Friday mornings to help with the preparation and distribution of Fresh Fruit, supplied to our school  thanks to the McKern Foundation. 

Fresh Fruit Friday preparations take place in the canteen from 8:45am.  This is a wonderful opportunity to make new connections with other parents.
