Teaching and Learning

We certainly started Term 2 with a great focus on learning.  The HOB was buzzing with our Parent-Student-Teacher interviews in Week 1.  I am sure everyone welcomed the opportunity to discuss academic progress and strategies for success.

Our Year 11 and 12 cohorts have completed assessment tasks in both General and Applied subjects while our students completing Certificate courses are steadily working through their modules.

Year 10s are starting their subject selection journey and there will be few key events early in Term 3:

• Information evening – 11 July
• Q&A Zoom – 19 July
• Subject Expo – Week 1/2
• SET Planning Meeting – 27 July

More information around these key sessions will be provided to Year 10 families later in Term 2.

Our College Open Night provided a great insight into our school and the teaching and learning activities of our many curriculum areas.  Thank you to all staff for the great displays and activities presented.
