Hello St Brigid’s Families!

We hope you all enjoyed a nice break over the Easter school holidays!

Thank you to the Foundation Class Reps and volunteers for putting together the awesome Easter Hampers from all of the generous donations received by our St Brigid’s families this year.

We ended up with 89 hampers and raised $1,600 for the school through raffle ticket sales… and sent home lots of happy children for the holidays with their Easter hamper winnings!

Thank you also to everyone who placed an order for the Baker’s Delight Hot Cross Bun drive… It was an awesome effort with 64 families placing an order raising $248.00 for the school!

We have a few events coming up for Term 2! Our first one being the Mothers/Special Person brekkie and Mothers Day Stall on Thursday the 11th of May.

We are still looking for some volunteers for the brekkie. Guys… it would be so great if you could get on board and sign up to help out to give the ladies in your lives an awesome morning!

Brekkie starts at 7.30am (volunteers to come in at 7am to help with set up) The children are more than welcome to join us in the hall from 7.30 – 8.00am and will then move to the Foundation and 1S rooms for a movie and some easy arts & crafts (a big thank you to Wendy and Jodie supervising our children while we enjoy a lovely morning together… it is really appreciated) The stall then starts at 9am and goes through till about 11am which will be held up in the hall foyer.

Thank you to the 3/4 Class Reps and volunteers who will be helping out for this event!

On the 26th of May we have the Foundation – Year 4 Disco. More details soon to follow for this one.

We are looking forward to a ripper Term 2 with you all, full of social events and fundraising.
