School Bus Travel Reminder

Dear families,

As we approach the middle of the school year, we would like to remind families of the processes of the student bus program:

• Please arrive at your bus stop 5 minutes before the allocated pick-up time in the AM. The stop times provided are the estimated depature time. 
• If for any reason your child will not be catching the bus in the morning, please contact the bus directly on the bus mobile numbers provided. 
• If for any reason your child will not be catching the bus in the afternoon, or if there are ANY changes to your child's travel arrangements, please contact the office on 5215 5700. 
• If the bus is running early or late, the bus chaperone will be in direct communication with you enroute.

If there are any concerns you wish to raise in regard to the bus, drivers, chaperones, or any other incident which may occur, can you please send me a formal written notice to the Hamlyn Views School email: hamlyn.views.school@education.vic.gov.au.
