How great are mums! 

Mums are great fun!

My Mum likes to cook,

To read and to run

Some mums like drawing

Some like to bake

Others like science

Or learning to skate

Some mums go to work

Some mums work at home

Some kids have two mums

And some kids have none

Mother’s Day is a day

To help celebrate

All mum’s who love us

And help make us great

For some kids though, it’s hard

Their mum might be away

Some kids don’t have mums

So it’s a tough day

Some kids live with dads

Some with their aunts

No matter the grown-ups

Mother’s day’s a great chance

To celebrate mums

And grown-ups we know

We are so grateful 

You help us to grow
