School Fees and Levies

Payment of School Fees and Levies

The range of educational opportunities and experiences is available within the context of our budgeting.  It is therefore important that payment of fees and levies are honoured.  We are very aware of the rising costs for families and this is given careful consideration in the process of setting school fees and levies. However there is an expectation that our school community contribute to the cost of their child/ren's education.

In order to assist families we encourage payment via direct debit.  This allows for regular payments to be made over the school year with the expectation that all school fees are paid in full by the end of Term 4

Direct debit request forms are attached here or by request by emailing admin@shcorryong.catholic.edu.au

Payment Options

All fees and levies are emailed to the family debtor/s on a monthly basis.

The school provides a number of options for the payment of school fees and levies.

Payment in Full: – Fees paid in full at the beginning of the school year.

Payment per Term: – Fees paid at the beginning of each term with the final payment due at the start of 4th Term.

Direct Debit: – Payments made weekly or fortnightly from your nominated bank account.

Direct Credit: – Payments may be made directly to the school bank account via online banking. Please use your last name as a reference. Banking details are available on your recent Fee Statement.

If you have any questions regarding school fees, levies or payment options please contact the office by phone on 02 60761138 or email admin@shcorryong.catholic.edu.au

Rapid Antigen Testing

RATs will continue to be distributed to you as they have been throughout this school year for the remainder of this term.

However, even though students are no longer recommended to undertake twice weekly RATs in mainstream schools, RATs will continue to be required by students who are household contacts to attend school (5 negative tests over a 7-day period) or who have symptoms.

The ongoing supply of RATs to families in our school will ensure that parents and carers will have them should they need them if their child is a household contact or has symptoms.

Families must continue to notify the Department of Health and the school if their children turns a positive RAT result. Additionally, you should inform us if any of your children are household contacts.

Thank you also to all families who have got their child vaccinated. Vaccination continues to remain the best way to protect students and staff in our school. Getting vaccinated is easy and bookings can be done via the coronavirus website.

If you have any questions about the vaccines, we encourage you to speak to your GP or a health practitioner.

Thank you again for your ongoing cooperation and support during this time.
