WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK

If you would like to volunteer at the school, in any capacity, (helping in the classroom, sport days, excursion/ incursions, special days, etc) you will require a current Working With Children Check, this is a government regulation. These checks can be applied for online https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/ and are free for all volunteers. Once you have receive your check, please bring it in to the school office and we will photocopy it and keep it on file. 

SCHOOL DENTAL VISIT

Student dental examination consent forms were distributed last week. If you would like your child to receive a dental check up, make sure you complete the form and return it to school by Thursday 7th April at the latest. This program is run by the Australian Government and is bulk billed. If you didn't receive a consent form, please let the office know and we will send another one home with your child.

SCHOOL HOURS

Below is the timetable of a 'normal' school day. This timetable may help if you need to collect your child early from school.

8.45am - 9.00am        -   Students arrive/Valet drop off

9.00am - 11.00am     -   Morning Learning Session

11.00 am - 11.30am  -   Recess (play)

11.30am - 1.30pm     -   Middle Learning Session

1.30pm - 1.40pm       -   Lunch eating time

1.40pm - 2.30pm       -   Lunch time (play)

2.30pm - 3.20pm       -   Afternoon Learning Session 

3.20pm - 3.30pm       -   Valet pick up

3.30pm                         -   Bus users and students who walk leave school   

ABSENTEE

Thank you to all the parents who have been notifying the school if their child is going to be absent or late. By sending a Konnective message, email or phoning the school, you save our admin staff a lot of work chasing up unexplained absenteeism. 

TERM DATES

Term 1 finishes Friday 8th April at 3.30pm

Term 2 commences on Tuesday 26th April (Monday 25th April is the ANZAC Day public holiday).

NAMING SCHOOL UNIFORMS 

A reminder to clearly name all items of your child's school uniform, sport uniform,  etc. Lost items of clothing are brought to the office on a daily basis and many of them are un-named.

SCHOOL FEES

If you are not up to date with your Term 1 school fees please settle these before the end of term, next week. Thank you
