Sydney Trains 2019 Work experience Program

The Sydney Trains Work Experience Program aims to give Year 10, 11 and 12 students the opportunity to experience the world of work at Sydney Trains and gain an understanding of the career options available in our dynamic industry. Sydney Trains offer students a week of structured activities which will increase their knowledge of the workplace, improve their employ-ability and assist them to begin a career in their chosen field.

Placements usually last for five days, Monday to Friday, with start and finish times to be agreed prior to commencement. Placements will be available from March through to November, depending on each school’s calendar.
