With an abundant garden (thank you Tess) we have plenty of beautiful fresh ingredients available for Year Four to harvest and prepare their street truck style nachos with this week. 

Knife licenses are the favourite part of cooking lessons and we have seen excellent bear claw, bridge/tunnel and rock and chop knife skills being demonstrated by all Year Four students. 

Cooking groups created their street food truck names such as Nachos Girls, Viva La Taco and La Rosa (the rose).  The students were also very creative with their salad ingredients, creating beautiful platters that were devoured when topped with their homemade dressings.
