SWIMMING CARNIVAL

St Joseph's FIRST 3-6 Swimming Carnival was an incredible success with every student having the ability to participate in either the competitive 50m events or the fun noodle/kick board novelty events. After the last two years, it was amazing to see all the students representing their house teams and cheering for their peers. McAuley (red) House were the winners overall, only by a few points.

The Carnival would not have been possible without the support from our parent community, thank-you to everyone who helped make the day run smoothly.

We had many stars of the pool here is a video of our magnificent day!

SWIM SQUAD

On Monday we had our final swim squad training. Congratulations to all 33 students who were part of the team. A special mention to our Year 3 students who came and had a go as well as our Year 6 students whoshowed their leadership skills. To celebrate we held our Swim Squad Breakfast and presentation on Tuesday morning where everyone who participated received a certificate and we raffled 3 Funky Trunks vouchers. I look forward to seeing our fabulous swimmers in Term 4.
