Above and Beyond

Welcome to the 3/4 Learning Hub

Our students have had a busy start to the year.

In our start up week we worked together to develop our 3/4 Hub motto;  

'DREAM BIG, WORK HARD & STAY KIND'. 

We also then created a list of rules for our area. Our students then signed this as an agreement on how they want our hub to be a positive learning environment.

For the first two weeks of Term One we focused on our school values and  together brainstormed how we can show them? What they sound like and feel like?  

Our students then coloured in our values to create an amazing visual display. 

In the 3/4 Hub our students have the opportunity to work with a variety of teachers throughout their day. They work in whole groups and small groups. Students can also choose to work on their own in quiet areas, at tables, on the floor or sitting on a variety of furniture that best suits their learning needs. We also use clock buddies so that students work with a mixture of their peers.

WOW Work Wall

We are celebrating the students' work and giving them ownership to display work that they are proud of for their teachers and peers to see.

Happy birthday to all our January and February students. We hope you enjoyed your celebrations with family and friends.
