Reminder - school fees are now due

This is a reminder to all parents that all overdue fees must be paid in full, or an approved payment plan must be in place before your child can commence each term.  Please contact our Credit Officer, Mrs Maria Koutelas if you cannot finalise your account.  mkoutelas@oakleighgrammar.vic.edu.au

Bus fees

Just a reminder that you are now billed based on your days booked for the school bus, not your usage. No refunds are available for changes.

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF)

The CSEF provides additional financial support to families and is offered by the State Government. If you have a means tested concession card, please complete the CSEF form to receive this as a credit on your fees.

The final date for application for CSEF is June 24, 2022. No late applications will be accepted.

A message from the Business Manager

We know that many of our families like to return to Greece during the cold winter months in Melbourne. However, please ensure that all School Fees are up to date BEFORE you leave in order to ensure that your enrolment can be continued. No students will be able to return to the School after an extended absence if there are fees owing, this includes any fees that become due while you are away. Please contact Maria Koutelas at: mkoutelas@oakleighgrammar.vic.edu.au to arrange payment of these fees prior to leaving.

A message from Admissions

Waiting lists are lengthening for entry into many year levels at Oakleigh Grammar, with our ELC classes approaching full capacity.

If you or a friend wish to enrol your child please join us on one of our school tours held each month, and complete an enrolment application. Access the form here.

Enquiries are always welcome via our Admissions Office  (03) 8554 0014 or admissions@oakleighgrammar.vic.edu.au.

A message from First Aid

If you have received any documentation from First Aid requesting to update medication or documents, please make sure these are sent back to First Aid, as it is vital we these to care for your child appropriately.

Failure to provide this important information can result in students being asked not to attend school, camps and excursions.

Also, a general reminder for parents that if your child is unwell or presents with the mildest of symptoms,  they must stay home, as this helps to eliminate the spreading of germs. Stay safe!

From June 1, all Victorians over six months of age will be able to get free flu vaccines at  GP clinics and pharmacies.

Lost property

Please check your child’s school uniform to ensure they have not accidentally taken a peer’s blazer / sport jacket / etc. home with them by mistake.

Please also ensure all of your children’s uniforms are clearly named to ensure the correct uniform is returned to them if found in the playground or taken to lost property at the front of the canteen.

We have several blazers and jumpers that have been left at reception with no name on them. Please visit the front of the canteen or contact reception@oakleighgrammar.vic.edu.au to make an inquiry.
