The workshop is geared toward clinicians, health professions trainees, and healthcare staff who want to learn about how to design and implement a quality improvement (QI) project or initiative. Online access to required pre-workshop readings is provided in advance.
Prior to the workshop, participants should identify a health care quality or patient safety issue that they want to improve. During the workshop, participants will actively apply the methods and tools taught, and design an actionable and feasible QI project.
