Year 9 Digital Technology classes already have the robots out and running! In week 1 students programmed the robots to move in specific patterns and, in the process, discovered it isn’t so simple as just saying, “Go straight!”. Over the course of this term students will be programming their robotics to respond more predictably according to what they see in their environment. In Year 7 the students are learning about networks and what factors influence network speed. They found a few hot spots and not so hot spots around the school and might be looking for the same around their homes. Year 10 students have jumped right into creating their own computer games, learning about what makes for good (and not so good) game design. 

Any students who are interested in any Technology elective subjects (Food, Digital or Materials), just ask any of the Technology teachers. We are happy to answer any questions.
