Rev's Review

The season of Easter finished with the day of Pentecost, fifty days after we celebrated Easter. Pentecost is when the Holy Spirit came to be with us. Pentecost is also considered the birthday of the Christian Church. Last Tuesday, we had a Liturgy to celebrate the day of Pentecost and its significance for our school. We reflected on the fruits of the Spirit, and how we can apply them to our lives.
Last week Year 5/6 attended Eucharist at St Margaret’s. Our Scripture was Pentecost, and we spoke of discipleship, what it means and what it means in todays world. Parents/Guardians and friends are all welcome to come to class Eucharists. We begin at 10am, and are usually finished by 10.30am on a Wednesday. You will find your class Eucharist date in the calendar.
