Spotlight on Futures Provider - OC Connections

The move from school to OC Connections (or other adult day support programs) can be daunting for young people. Some will transition quite easily, while others proceed more slowly. We understand this and provide a consistent team of staff members that offer participants continuity and stability. Our fully trained and skilled staff assist to make this transition as easy as possible. Once a person is comfortable with their new environment, they can then choose activities that focus on their interests. This approach is based on personal needs and in collaboration with the individual and their family/carer.

OC Connections also offers participants the opportunity to complete their Certificate 1 in Transition Education. The course focuses on independent living, vocational and employability skills with learnings offered in personal and social development and financial independence.
