Mental Fitness Program
This week year 9 and 10 students participated in a Mental Fitness Program which was run by the Australian Institute of Sport and the Black Dog Institute.
This session was run by Harry Garside, a professional Boxer, and saw students discussing and learning about ways to practice gratitude, mindfulness and resilience. Harry will be returning to present a follow up session on Monday 22 March.
It is encouraged that students join the Mental Fitness Challenge at www.biteback.org.au to help support them with developing their Mental Fitness.
