Parents & Friends Meeting

We will have our first P & F meeting of the year in the Mackillop hall on Monday 7th February at 7pm. All parents are welcome to attend and we look forward to sharing with Mr Collis all the wonderful work the P & F do for our school. 

DAD'S CLUB NEWS

• Dad’s Club is a place for new dad’s to the school to connect with other dads.  Call Michael Schuh on 0412 443 701 to get admitted to the Dad’s Club whatsapp which is where all the comms is. 
• First event is the annual Dad’s Club Bowls Night at Sandringham Bowls Club.  11th Feb for a 6pm start.  Prizes and round robin contest a la Australian Open.  
• Other events for the year include 
  • Camping trip in early March to the Yarra Valley 
  • Dad’s Race Day in May
  • June – Community Beach Clean Up 
  • July – Salami Making
  • Sept – Dad’s Footy Game against Sandy East
  • October – School Fete Fund Raiser
  • Mothers Day to be organised by the Dads Club
  • December – Annual parents cricket
• There is also a bay swimming group at Half Moon Bay (Loons That Swim) loosely Tuesdays and Thursday mornings (contact Michael Schuh for admission to the Whatsapp Group) that runs throughout the year – any grade of swimmer or attire (including wetsuits) most welcome.
