On Friday morning Demi Robertson, one of our 2021 Year 12 students, presented at the Geelong Youth Engagement (GYE) breakfast. 

Demi spoke about her experience completing the GYE program this year and emphasised the positive impacts the program had on herself and other students  from across Geelong. Although the proposed South Australian trek did not go ahead due to COVID restrictions, Demi and a group of students from across Geelong completed demanding physical training and many personal development sessions. 

Demi delivered a heartfelt speech to an audience of business people and community leaders, speaking honestly and openly about how the GYE experience has given her the confidence to follow her chosen pathway in 2022 and beyond.
