Cliques, friendship groups & boxes

In Personal Learning year 8 students explored some of the different perceptions we might have about friendship groups. The session gave students the opportunity to explore the social ‘boxes’ that they place themselves in or are put in by others, and focus on how they judge one another. The final part of the session allowed students the opportunity through a series of questions that might define them (musical choices) to be in or out of a box which they then needed to create for the class from newspapers.
