Medieval Day

Hear ye, hear ye...on Monday 22 November, the Year 8s got a glimpse into what it was like in Medieval times.

The students had a great day and were involved in many activities, from archery to role-plays which included dressing up, using stocks, whips and torture instruments.

Wood Tech

It has been a busy Term 4 in Wood Tech after returning from remote learning. 

Here are some examples of great projects completed by Year 8 students. 

Year 7 Smoothie Bar Incursion

On Monday 29 November, the Year 7 students participated in The Smoothie Bar

Incursion.  

They did this as part of their Economics unit which aimed to teach them about entrepreneurship, economic decision making and marketing. 

The students worked collaboratively with their team to design and blend a smoothie and then performed a sales pitch to sell their smoothie.   

What a fun way to learn!

Year 7 Zoo Excursion

Thursday 2 December saw the Year 7s head off to the Zoo for a great day out!
