End of Year Reports

End of Semester Reports will be available on the XUNO Parent Portal on Friday 18th December.
You should receive an SMS notification once they have been uploaded.
Detailed instructions on how to access the reports can be found in the graphic below.
For Years 7-10:
- These reports reflect learning from the start of Term 3 Week 2 (20th July) to the end of Term 4 Week 9 (5th December). You may see Not Yet Demonstrated for Learning Behaviour and/or Learning Effort as teachers were asked to consider learning from the semester as a whole, including both remote and flexible learning, and the return to face-to-face learning.
- Students have been assessed against the Victorian Curriculum for Mathematics and English only. As reports reflect the entire semester of learning, you may see Did Not Participate or no progression from the last time your child was assessed. Teachers are using the evidence of learning that students have completed to assess against the Victorian Curriculum.
- The reports will include information regarding the learning interactions that your child has completed as an indication of their engagement and learning progress. A subject that normally has 6 periods a week would expect 2 learning interactions completed per week. A subject that normally has 3 periods a week would expect 1 learning interaction completed per week.
- Attendance for this semester has been broken down into the number of classes attended and the number of approved and unapproved absences.
For VCAL:
- These reports reflect student completion towards their enrolled certificate level over the entire year. This means that for all subjects (except VCAL Numeracy Foundation level), you will see 2 unit results and all the learning outcomes for both units.
This is to acknowledge that VCAL students have the entire year to demonstrate competency in the outcomes for both units, and to provide a clear overview of student progression towards completion of their certificate level.
- The Learning Outcomes that you will see listed on the report are particular to the certificate level in which your child is enrolled.
For VCE:
- These reports reflect student learning from the start of Term 3 Week 1 (13th July) to the end of Term 4 Week 9 (5th December).
- 2020 Year 12 students will not receive a report from the College – they will receive their final results from the VCAA.
