Optional Parent Teacher Interviews 

The Years 7 to 11 Parent/Teacher interviews will be held on the morning and evening of Monday 7 December, from 8.00am to 11.00am and from 3.00pm to 6.00pm. It is important to note that the interviews are optional. Parents/carers may book interview time slots themselves. The College will not be allocating interview times. Parents need to ensure interviews are booked by no later than 12.00 noon, Thursday 3 December.

All interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, either via a link emailed to the parent by the relevant teacher or by the teacher “calling” using the relevant student’s Teams account. Adhering to time, i.e., 7 minutes per interview, is necessary for the interviews to run smoothly. There is no expectation that parents book interviews for all their sons’ teachers. There is also no expectation that students are present for interviews.

Student Textbook Exchange

Please note that there will be a student textbook exchange occurring in the College Hall on Thursday and Friday of this week. Students in Year 6 can collect Year 7 textbooks, while students in Year 7-10 can exchange texts; the number of 2020 textbooks submitted will entitle the student to collect the same number for 2021.
