Important notice from the Administration Office Regarding Applying for the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF)

To parents/carers who are the holders of a current Centrelink Health Care Card, a Pensioner Concession Card or a Veterans Affairs Gold Card, if you haven't already, could you please go to the Administration Office, with your current card, and complete a CSEF Application Form. Even if you have applied in previous years with us, we encourage you to please provide a copy of your current Card and complete a new Application Form. If you have any questions or concerns regarding CSEF please contact the Administration Office on 5240 5800.

2021 Photo Day

The student photos will be taken on Wednesday, 24 February. All students have a portrait taken and the Year 12 students will also have a group photo. The portraits are used on compass and for each student’s individual ID cards. These can then be used as a travel concession card for PTV. 

You will be able to order your child’s individual portrait and/or their Home group photo. Family/sibling photos are also available and will be scheduled during the lunch break. Details for requesting these photos and the general ordering of photos are in the attached flyers.  

Uniform for photos – all students are expected to be in their full school uniform for photos even if they have PE on that day. In that case, students will need to bring their PE clothes to change for PE.  Check the NGSC uniform policy about the expectations for general appearance and required uniform. If your child has a blazer they are encouraged to wear it for the photo. Please check that your child does not have a nose ring, septum ring or other facial piercing – a single nose stud is the only acceptable piercing.  The NGSC Uniform Policy can be found on the NGSC website and in the 2021 Student Planner. If you have any questions about what your child should wear please contact the relevant Year Level Coordinator, the Sub School Leaders or an Assistant Principal.
