Aspire Early Admissions Program

The Aspire program recognises the skills and experience you’ve gained through your contribution to the community through leadership, volunteerism or initiative and rewards you with an early offer into La Trobe.

Successful applicants receive an early conditional offer in September for their chosen course, along with minimum ATAR requirements and an enrichment program designed to give you a head start at La Trobe and beyond.

Who can apply for Aspire?

We look for applicants who have gained valuable skills, knowledge and experience through volunteering or making a positive contribution to their community.

This community contribution comes in many forms, but might include:

  • community service or  volunteering
  • leadership and service in sport, performing arts or charity fundraising
  • participating in social justice groups or school leadership role
  • religious or cultural group  activities

The Aspire program is open to current Year-12 students (domestic and on-shore international) and non- Year 12 students (including mature-age applicants) who have positively contributed to their community.

How to apply

You can apply for up to three courses through the Aspire program.

Application is through a written statement and a recommendation from your school if you’re in Year 12. For full eligibility requirements and details on how to apply head to latrobe.edu.au/aspire
