Our U16 boys and girls futsal teams competed at the Football NSW Futsal Regional Championships recently. The boy’s team made the semi-finals while the girl’s team were undefeated and deservedly crowned Regional Champions! They will now compete at the State Championships in July.
Futsal is a sport widely embraced by the students here at our school and we will continue to foster the development of our students.
The year 9 & 10 Winter competition is in full swing with all teams participating well. We are anticipating good performances and results from our teams in the winter competition.

Jarrod Carluccio represented SSW and Nikola Knezevic, Thomas Todd and Jarred McKinley represented the CHS invitational team at this week’s CHS Boys Football Championships in Bathurst. Jarrod helped his SSW team win the bronze medal. Jarrod was selected in the NSW CHS 1’s squad for the second consecutive year. Nikola, Thomas and Jarred‘s team placed 7th. Congratulations to all four boys for their fantastic efforts at the State Championships. They did themselves, their families and Cecil Hills HS proud. Their individual successes prove that a student does not have to attend a Sports HS to achieve great things in sport.
