Highlights from the Junior Resource Centre

This week’s Highlights are Mrs Martin’s Online learning Activities.

DRUM ROLL!!!!!!!!! Super excited to view the 2020 CBCA Book of The Year Shortlist. Find out more on who made the list @  https://cbca.org.au/shortlist-2020

A good piece of advice for all students.  Relax, take a breath, your teachers will get you through this trying time.  We are prepared to 'teach you anywhere'.  Just keep yourselves at home, and safe.

Mrs Martin’s Book Trail –

Tim and Tigon by Tim Cope.  I have just dived into this book as it has the power to take me away from the now.  Where has it taken me?  An epic journey travelling 10,000 kilometers from Mongolia to Hungary.  A journey undertaken centuries ago by the legendary leader of the Mongols, Genghis Khan.  A man, a dog.  An epic adventure in the land of the nomads.

Mrs Elena Martin - Junior  Teacher Librarian
