Maths text books

Please note that next year we will be having brand new text books for Year 9 and 10.  Accordingly, you will not be able to purchase second hand editions.

If you are buying a Year 9 or 10 Maths text there are two options available:

1. Buy a text book plus digital version (includes access to all online materials)
2. Buy a digital only version (includes access to all online materials)

The benefit of option 1 is that students receive a physical text book which can then be sold second hand.

The benefit of option 2 is that a large number of students prefer not to carry a physical text book to class, and money can be saved on this. This option is $10 cheaper than option 1.

If you are buying any VCE Maths text book, these books are the same as the ones we have used this year.  Your options here are:

1. Buy a text book plus digital version (includes access to all online materials)
2. Buy a digital only version (includes access to all online materials)
3. Buy a second hand book,  students would then need to purchase the yearly online license at a cost of $20

The benefit of option 3 is that it may work out cheaper, but you need to consider the cost of the second hand book plus the online digital license fee of $20.
