Mock Trial KCC v's KHS

On Thursday May 26, the Mock Trial team took on Kooringal High for the third round of the 2016 Mock Trial Competition. Emma Moss, Amelia Pruess (Barristers), Niamh Dwyer (Solicitor), Madeline Dean, Anna McGirr (Witnesses), and Rebekah Curry (Magistrate's Associate) were all vitally important for our 96 point win against Kooringal High School. We had quite a difficult case about a breach of contract that related to a car sale. We spent many lunchtimes working on our arguments and trying to predict what the defence would say. Anna McGirr made her debut as a witness and got full marks with an awesome achievement of 30/30! The team is very keen for what's to come in the next trial.
