Reconciliation Prayer

Lord God, bring us together as one,

reconciled with you and reconciled with each other.

You made us in your likeness,

you gave us your Son, Jesus Christ.

He has given us forgiveness from sin.

Lord God, bring us together as one,

different in culture,

but given new life in Jesus Christ,

together as your body, your Church, your people.

Lord God, bring us together as one,

reconciled, healed, forgiven,

sharing you with others as you have called us to do.

In Jesus Christ, let us be together as one.

Amen

RE Images of Jesus

Over the last seven weeks Year 9 students have been exploring the unit Images of Jesus in Religious Education. The unit culminated in students creating contemporary artwork that represented ways in which Jesus is seen today in society.

Below are some artworks from students:

Frances Heffernan took the photo below. It shows Kildare students and teachers symbolising the virtues held by Kildare.

Lucy Ferguson created this artwork of Jesus as a SES officer and St Vincent de Paul representative.

Libby Skeers highlighted the importance of respect, compassion, care and equality today through this creation.
