After School Care Program

Hi families,

At the beginning of last week, CCK OSHClub rolled out a new enrolment and booking system, Kidsoft, and the iParentPortal, to ensure we are prepared for the changes to the Government funding entitlements for families from 2nd July 2018.

Your account, enrolment and booking information has been moved to the new system and many of you have already created a new user login and re-entered your payment details in the new system.

If you can’t find an email from OSHClub accounts, please let us know and we will ensure we have the correct details and send a fresh email to your account. You must register through the link in your email as the link is encrypted and will transfer all your existing details including bookings across to your new KidSoft account. You will need to click on the Create New User button when you click on the link you receive. Your previous username and password will not work in the new system.

You will be asked to view and accept the new terms and conditions the first time you log in.

Due to maintaining confidentiality of payment information we are prohibited from moving this from one system to another. Your payment details must be re-entered to ensure your bookings remain active.

One change resulting from the new system is a digital sign in and out process for when you collect your child from OSHClub. This means that you will no longer physically sign an attendance sheet, but rather you will use a combination of your registered phone number and a PIN to sign your child/ren out of each session. In order to get used to this new process we suggest you try and allow an additional 5 minutes the first time you pick up your child. We will have staff available to assist you with this process.

REMINDERS: If you need to cancel ASC please do so on the internet 24 hours in advance, otherwise leave a message on 0401 501 661 on the day, or pop in to let staff know you are collecting your child so that we know where the children are. OSHClub is open 3:00-6:00pm. There is a $2/minute fee for each child that is picked up after 6pm.
