Harmony Day

This week students at Monty have participated in Harmony Week. Students have had meaningful discussions about respect, cultural inclusion and creating a place of belonging for everyone. A big focus for students was the importance of equality and kindness and how our actions can make a difference.

We ended the week by wearing something orange, which signifies meaningful conversations as well as respect and freedom of ideas.

Keep an eye out for our whole school collaborative piece, where students are designing a feather that will make our ‘wings of harmony.’
