SOUTHERN METRO REGION CROSS COUNTRY
On Monday 16 June 62 runners from McKinnon competed in the SMR Cross Country at Ballam Park. McKinnon had some awesome results!

JUNIOR SPORT REPORT
YEAR 8 SPORT
Congratulations to the following teams who are 2014 Kingston Champions:
- Year 8 Girls and Boys Soccer

These Champion teams will play in a Southern Metro Region Final next term. Good Luck!
YEAR 7 SPORT
Congratulations to the Year 7 Girls Badminton and the B Girls Netball who are the 2014 Kingston Division Champions.
Our Year 7 Boys Soccer final was postponed until Tuesday 15 July.
The Year 7 Football Boys were treated to a fabulous Q & A Session with Brent Macaffer, Jarryd Blair and Tyson Goldsack from Collingwood Football Club on Tuesday 24 June. The feedback has been sensational and all the boys including staff enjoyed the experience.

TERM 3 SPORT
Term 3 Sport allocation is now finalized and will begin in the first week – Tuesday 15 July for Year 7s and Friday 18 July 18 for Year 8s.
Payment for the following is required to be paid to the Bursar’s Office by the third week of Term 3:
- Self Defence ($50)
- Squash ($40)
- Fitness at the Gym ($30)
Hockey players need to wear a mouthguard, shin pads and school long socks for competition. These can be readily purchased from a chemist shop.
