Working Bee

Please help if you can!

We will be holding a Working Bee on Sunday April 2nd, starting at 9am to midday to help tidy up the schoolgrounds.  We will need as many hands as possible as there are quite a few jobs to be done, as per below.  We won't be able to get to all of them but anything that we can get done will be a bonus.

  • pick up sticks
  • environment centre weeding & tidy up
  • coat of varnish on 2022 Year 6 totem poles (school has two availab)
  • rocks around foundation garden & mulch (if sourced by working bee)
  • blow off all concrete areas, cubby house and shelter sheds (blower if you have one)
  • look at football posts on oval to make sure they are secure (Tim Huf)
  • scrape off old tape and put new non-slip tape on student toilet steps (scraper, tape is ready)
  • two year 6 boards to be taken down and one to be transferred to other side (tool to undo the bolts, drill?)
  • remove lavender at front entrance (trailer, ute)
  • trim staff carpark hedge (hedger required)
  • sandpit level out (rakes or tractor?)
