P & F News 

We did it! We SUCCESSFULLY ran the St. Fidelis Community Day and what a magical day it was! We should all be so proud of our school community, the feedback received on the day was SO POSITIVE. The day was filled with an overall positive vibe, lots of smiling and laughing children and best of all such a supportive immediate and extended community.

The TOTAL amount raised at our St. Fidelis Community Day was $12,340!!!

This is such a fantastic result that we should be very proud of as a school community. These funds will go directly BACK TO OUR CHILDREN. HOW? More about this to come later in the year.

THANK YOU first and foremost to the AMAZING P&F members who put in countless hours planning, setting up and running this event. All the hours of hard work paid off, and I am sure the community of St. Fidelis is so proud of you!

THANK YOU to all the staff and parents who assisted in the lead up to the event and for volunteering your time at the event. As Manuela continually quotes ‘Many hands make for lighter work’ AND many hands we had. Your assistance does not go unnoticed, and we are very grateful for your support.

THANK YOU to the ThierCare Staff and our lovely St. Fidelis Parishioners who also took time out of their Sunday to assist at the event. It’s so wonderful that we can count on each other in times of need.

THANK YOU to all our wonderful stall holders and local businesses who attended and sold their goods/products/services at the Community Day. Your presence added to the overall positive experience of the day, and allowed for many HAPPY CUSTOMERS. An especially HUGE THANK YOU to these businesses and stalls - ‘The Village Bakery’ (Anastasia & Damian Spyrou), ‘Clara and Madalene’s (FUNtastic things), the ‘3D Printer Stall’, ‘Bunnings Potted Plant Stall’, ‘The Sustainability Stall’ and to ‘Sandra & Jimmy Joson (fruit stall)’ who kindly donated ALL PRODUCTS and/or MADE PROFIT directly to St. Fidelis. This accounted for a huge amount of raised funds for the children of St. Fidelis, who will surely benefit from your kindness and generosity. 

And last, but not least, THANK YOU to all the families who attended the St. Fidelis Community Day event, for bringing your family and friends along and for adding to the overall wonderful experience that the day turned out to be.

Icy Pole Fridays

Every Friday, all students can purchase an icy pole at lunchtime for ONLY $1.Students simply need to line up, pay for, and collect their icy poles from the designated areas. We thank you in advance for your support with this fundraiser.

2nd Hand Uniform Stall

On Friday 31st March from 3pm, some of the P&F team will be setting up the St. Fidelis 2nd hand uniform stall – location TBA. Please remember to bring a bag to take your goods home in AND a reminder that this is a cash only stall so correct change / smaller notes would be greatly appreciated.

Hot Cross Bun Drive

Orders are NOW CLOSED. Thank you to all the families who ordered to support us with this fundraiser. Your delicious buns will be delivered this coming Wednesday 29th March – ENJOY!

Easter Raffle

Raffle booklet with 20 tickets @$1 each for our upcoming Easter raffle.

Like every year, we ask that all families donate ONE PRODUCT to use in our Easter hampers. We ask that the items donated are non-perishable. Some ideas could include easter themed crafts, toys, books, homewares, etc. wine or candles are also a great contribution. 

Of course, though, we would be happy with as little or as much as every family could donate.

We will begin collecting donations as of the 14th of March, up and including to the 31st March. If all donations could be sent with your child and passed on to their classroom teacher this would be greatly appreciated. The Easter raffle will be drawn on TUESDAY 4th APRIL! Thank you.
