Subject and Pathways Expo (Tuesday 20 June)

Career planning and discussions will also occur in Term 2 during our Careers Week, with all families expected to attend the College Pathways Expo on Tuesday 20 June. Several Universities will be attending the Expo, giving students and parents the opportunity to engage with various tertiary providers and destinations.

Career Discussions and Planning

The term break is an ideal time to have an informal career discussion with your son or daughter.  Sharing your stories and observations from your own experiences at work might begin to influence their expectations of what their own future workplace might be like.

Speaking with family members and close family associations about their career journeys; consisting of pathways, lessons learned, responsibilities, and self-discovery in the world of work is also encouraged. Having these discussions can greatly assist your son or daughter in realising important information about career discovery and development.
