Students of the Week
The following students will receive their certificates at assemblies on the following dates:
Friday 26th August
Anahit (12A) - For having a passion for learning. You always put in your best effort, keep it up you are doing an amazing job.
Mabel C (12B) - For working hard to make wise choices when faced with obstacles. Mabel is learning the difference between ‘ant’ and ‘elephant’ problems and is showing a wonderful willingness to solve these problems. We are so proud of you Mabel!
Lily F (12C)- For making such a great start at Marlborough. Well done on always working hard, showing respect and attentive listening. Keep up the amazing work.
Jade M (34A) - For making a fantastic start to learning at Marlborough Primary! We are very glad to have you in our class and can’t wait to get to know you better as the year continues.
Chloe S (34B) - For offering to play Battleships with a student who didn't have a partner. Then also sharing her sheet with a third student who lost hers. Thank you for being so caring and thoughtful Chloe. We appreciate your kindness.
Oscar B (34C) - For giving amazing feedback to his peers during performing arts and for ongoing excellence in all that you do. Congratulations oscar keep up the fantastic efforts.
Miles M (56A) - For doing such a wonderful job on Cyprus pamphlet!
Brandan V (56B) - For showing great enthusiasm while attending Indonesian Day and being helpful. Well done for having such a positive attitude.
Friday 2nd September
Bailey (12A) - For demonstrating great manners and respect for his teachers and classmates. Thank you Bailey for setting a good example for your peers, you a role model.
Sayan J (12B) - For listening to Agnes when learning tasks are set. Sayan has formed wonderful connections to Agnes and the staff at Marlborough and it is wonderful to see him engage in the programs and learning tasks that are offered. Well done Sayan!
Jayden Stuart (12C)- For reflecting on his skills and what the achievements he is proud of. Well done Jayden on writing a goal that is a good fit for you. We look forward to seeing you work hard on it in the coming weeks.
Jake S (34A) - For consistently trying your best with learning tasks. It is great to see you optimistically diving into the learning pit! Well done!
Zephyr A (34B) - For staying focussed on his tasks, being really engaged in preparing his Power Point for inquiry and playing Battleships with a partner during maths. Zephyr is responding to teacher directions more positively and trying to exercise more self control. Well Done!
Annabelle V (34C) - For continually striving to achieve her personal best, choosing challenge, and responding to constructive feedback. Your attitude to learning his excellent. Well done!
Oscar B (56A) For working hard at your information reports on different countries!
