Youth Comedy Workshop - Monday 26 September - Leongatha Library

Leongatha Library have an upcoming youth comedy workshop running in the school holidays on Monday September 26th at 2pm. Our program is running as part of Youth Fest events is run by prominent comedian Justine Sless and targeted to ages 12-18.

Students will be taught about basic joke construction, managing fear on the stage, engaging an audience, and microphone and performance techniques, to be ready to deliver a 2-5 minute original stand-up comedy routine. This is a great opportunity for those interested in comedy and in enhancing their audience engagement and public speaking skills.
