Bon Fire night – Mac House

Last week, the Mac House girls had a wonderful experience in the outdoors. It was our pleasure to be able to go to Nick Dopheide’s residence and light a bon fire. The girls’ loved the experience and continue to bond as a close-knit group of sisters. The bon fire did have a few challenges in initially getting going, but once it did, it was certainly warm! The girls enjoyed cooking marshmallows on telling ghost stories all led by our GAPPER, Zahria. 

Save the dates:

• Boarding House closes for Term Three on Friday September 16 at 6pm.
• Bus travellers for Melbourne depart Friday September 16 at 3:30pm and arrive at approx. 7pm.
• Bus travellers for Naracoorte depart Friday September 16 at 3pm.
• Boarding House opens for Year 12 only on Sunday October 2 in preparation for their English exam on Monday October 3 9am at the senior school.
• Boarding House opens for Term 4 on Monday October 3 from midday.
• Naracoorte bus departs Naracoorte on Monday October 3 at 4pm (SA time).
• Term Four begins on Tuesday October 4.
