Term 3 camps are rapidly approaching and we would like to take this opportunity to remind parents of our school policy regarding medications on camp.
Prescription Medication
First Aid Officers can only administer prescription medication when it is accompanied by a Medication Plan for Prescription Medication completed by a doctor.
Over the Counter Medication
Over the counter medication may only be administered to a student when it is accompanied by a completed Medication Plan for Over the Counter Medication with a pharmacy label affixed.
These medications include: eye drops, ear drops, creams, ointments, paracetamol, hay-fever / allergy medications, travel sickness tablets, vitamins and nutritional supplements or other alternative medicines.
Medication must be provided in its original packaging with a label from the pharmacy attached.
During camp all medication will be kept secure by staff (including Senior School camps). It is for the safety of every student that campers ARE NOT permitted to keep medication in their luggage.
If you require a blank Medication Plan or Asthma Care Plan, these can be collected from the Front Office at the College or downloaded from the College website. When completed please return it to Student Services as soon as possible.
Without a current Medication Plan, staff are UNABLE to administer any medication. There is no student self-medication allowed on camps.
Thank you for your support in this matter

First Aid Officers
Your help in the canteen will be greatly appreciated.
Most of our volunteers are parents and caregivers who generously volunteer once a Term. Starting time is between school drop-off and 9am and finishing between 1.30pm and 2pm (or school pick up).
All volunteers are required to have the relevant Working with Children Clearance; please click here for more information. If you would like to volunteer, please email me.
