Broadway & Hollywood Tour 2019 Info Night

SCHS is offering an exciting opportunity for students at all year levels to participate in a Broadway/Hollywood Tour of the USA in 2019! An information evening will be held on Tuesday, 13 November in the Auditorium at 7:00pm. No RSVP required, but all students interested in attending the trip are strongly encouraged to attend.
Twilight Fair
| Friday 16 November
All students, staff, and community members of Suzanne Cory High School are warmly invited to the inaugural SCHS Twilight Fair on Friday, 16 November! This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy an informal evening with Suzanne Cory staff and students, and to welcome our incoming cohort of Year 9s for 2019! The event runs from 5:30pm to 8:30pm in the Agora and Courtyard, and is FREE! Check out the event here for more info.
Valedictory Dinner
| Wednesday 21 November
The Year 12 Valedictory Dinner will be held at the prestigious Members Dining Room at the MCG on Wednesday, 21 November, from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. Doors open at 6:45pm, with formalities commencing at 7:30pm; the event will conclude by 10:30pm. Ticket sales have closed, and students will soon be receiving their seating allocations, as well as information about additional waitlist tickets.
Re-Enrolment Day

Re-Enrolment Day for 2019 will be on Friday, 23 November. All current students (Years 9-11) are required to attend school only at their allocated time; please check your Re-Enrolment Pack for this information.
Year 9 Orientation
| Friday 23 November
All incoming Year 9 students for 2019 commence their Orientation program on Friday, 23 November. Information about the Orientation schedule and what students are required to bring can be found in the Year 9 Orientation Pack. Please contact the school office if you have any questions about Orientation.
ADT Showcase
| Monday 26 November
The 2018 Art, Design, and Technology Showcase is a fantastic celebration of the visual and performing arts from throughout the school year. Friends and family are invited to attend the Showcase night on Monday, 26 November, in the SCHS Auditorium. Please check Compass closer to the date for more information.

Setting Sun Film Festival
Entries are open once again for the annual Setting Sun Film Festival! This year, 2017 graduates Farhanul Majumder and Isabell Le had their films selected and screened as finalists in the Secondary School category, and were invited to attend a masterclass with Victoria University’s TV and Media Faculty - so let’s maintain the tradition of SCHS representing!
