News from the PE Department 

We have an exciting year of sport ahead of us; commencing with the Term One  summer sports program for Years Five and Six. The inter school sports program will commence Friday 7th February.

We currently require a parent to take a volleyball team for inter school sports. If you are available on Fridays between 9am and 10:30am any help would be greatly appreciated.

The summer sport program will remain the same, with T-Ball, Volleyball, Kanga Cricket and Tennis continuing as normal. Students in the junior school will focus on throwing, catching and striking as part of their fundamental motor skills.

This term also features our District Swimming Qualification Sports Day (House Swimming) held at Harold Holt in Glen Iris on Tuesday 11th February. The District Swimming Competition will be held on February 26 at the Boroondara Sports Centre.

The Auburn South House Athletics Carnival is currently scheduled for Thursday 27th August with the District Carnival dates to be announced later this year.

If you are interested in helping out on sport days throughout the year register your interest via the office.
