Foundation 2024 Transition

In two weeks we welcome our 2024 Foundation (Prep) students.

We invite all students commencing Foundation in 2024 to attend our transition sessions. These sessions are not compulsory but highly recommended.

• June 21 - 1:55-2:45pm
• August 2 - 1:55-2:45pm 
• September 6 - 1:55-2:45pm
• October 11 - 1:55-2:45pm

A morning orientation session will be held in December, once classes are assigned.

Students are asked to wear casual clothes to the sessions.

On the day we ask that you come to the front office with your child where they will be welcomed by staff. Parents are then asked to pick the children up at 2.45 from the front office.

During the sessions the children will participate in a variety of activities – Music, Arts and Crafts, Physical Education, English and Mathematics activities.

The aim of these sessions is to familiarise the children with Good Shepherd and support with their transition in 2024.

A reminder that if you are a current family with a sibling starting Prep in 2024 you must still submit an application for enrolment and need to do so before the 23rd June 2023.
