Year 9 Visit to
Tonsley STEM Works

On Wednesday 24 May, 22 Year 9 students were fortunate enough to attend the Tonsley STEM Works. It was an opportunity for the students to get a better understanding of career opportunities and experiences that working in STEM provide.
The students went on a site tour, getting an understanding on how the precinct works and how the STEM industries work together. To finish off the session they completed a group problem solving task, which they had to present to the group, what is something they found easy? Something they found hard? Something they would recommend to the next team?
It was a great way to consolidate the sessions learning, well done to all involved!
