MYPath Workplace Learning Induction

This week, students undertaking Workplace Learning in 2022 took part in the MYPath Workplace Learning Induction. Led by MYPath Coordinator, Susan Leach and MYPath Administrator, Lisa Atthowe, students were given information about the workplace process and their responsibilities. 

Students were given a MYPath Handbook to complete over the course of the year which includes and series of questions and support from workplace mentors. Students will be undertaking work placements in a variety of industries including Education, Retail and Automotive. 

Students participated in roleplay activities to build on their conversational skills, eye contact, confidence and professionalism. They also prepared and presented a short personal introduction to the class in preparation for their first day in the workplace.
