Aspiring Chefs!
Sabah & Nagham
On Tuesday 4th May year 10 aspiring chefs Sabah and Nagham demonstrated the correct method for producing Falafel and then assisted the class to prepare lunch. Falafel is a Middle Eastern food with a long history in Arab countries. The word falafel may descend from the Arabic word falāfil, a plural of the word filfil, meaning “pepper.”
These fried vegetarian fritters are often served along with hummus, cucumber, tomato, lettuce and pickles.
Well done Sabah and Nagham, you both demonstrated how to be respectful and responsible learners and teachers. Keep up the good work!
